A 2.5 hour workshop that shows what is beneath 15 of the most challenging behaviours. I will share with you the emotion or developmental instinct that drives each of these behaviours, what to do in the heat of the moment and how to get to the heart of the matter. By the end of the workshop you will have a clear template on how to manage any tricky behaviour with your child.
A 1 hour workshop that dives deep into all types of aggressive tendencies (and is the perfect extension to 'Beneath the Behavior'). You will learn how to handle these hard moments, by getting to the heart of the matter with five impactful ways that you can reduce any persistent aggression. Aggressive behavior includes hitting, hair pulling, biting, head butting and verbal bouts of aggression such as “I hate myself” and “you’re the worst parent in the world!”
A 1.5 hour workshop that explores the foundations of alarm in children, the perfect extension to 'Beneath the Behaviour'. I will share with you the one key thing that drives alarm in children. You will learn how to identify the triggers for your child's alarm and how to reduce any fears they are experiencing through meaningful connection and understanding.
In this 2 hour workshop, we shift the prevailing view that sensitive children simply have big emotions. It’s true but it’s not the whole story. What’s most important to understand, is that they have a tendency to defend more easily against their vulnerable feelings and against their connections. These are the primary needs of early childhood and this level of understanding is extremely important when caring for these children.
