What do hot seat coaching calls look like?
A couple of people will be invited to share during each call and Ashleigh will guide them through a process that helps them uncover and integrate their mind, body and unconscious. Witnessing this coaching helps you identify and learn how to work through your own blocks and challenges.

What is your refund policy?
There are no refunds for this program. All videos and calls will be uploaded for you to watch a time and pace that is convenient to you if you choose not to or cannot make the live calls.

When are the live calls?
- The calls will be twice a month on Saturday mornings 9am AEST (changing to AEDT in October).
- Please take note of any time zone changes that might occur throughout the program.
- The calls will start July 20th 2024, they will be held every 2 weeks (except there will be no calls held in September) and will finish on December 7th 2024. There will be 9 calls altogether.
